Terms of Sale

In-store purchases:

Return sealed products within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund with purchase receipt.

Defective products may be exchanged, for another of the same item, up to 7 days from the time of purchase.

After in-store inspection, if returned product is deemed to have been damaged by the purchaser, no exchange will be permitted.

After 7 days, Synergy Home Health Care Products will not accept any claim.

Opened or unsealed packages are non-returnable due to sanitary/hygiene reasons.

Online purchases:

Call Synergy Home Health Care Products to arrange any Returns/Replacements: 905-458-4790.

After receiving products, you may return damaged or defective products within 7 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. All returned items must be accompanied by the purchase receipt. Refunds will be processed upon Synergy Home Health Cares receipt of the returned item.

Items purchased online that are returned in person to our showroom must be accompanied by the purchase receipt.
